Question : When my Membership date will expire all the products which I have downloaded will lock or become trial versions again?
Answer : No. After your membership expires you still can use all the products which you have downloaded(as long as you wish) but you will not have an access to new products.
Question : If I have lost/forgot or did not receive my Membership username and password what should I do?
Answer : Try to recover it by e-mail or contact our tech support and we'll send you your login information ASAP!
Question : I have just became a member. What should I do and how can I get full member's versions of EleFun's products?
Answer : This is what you should do. Uninstall all EleFun's trial versions from your computer (which have a splash screen). Then login to your members area at www.elefun-desktops.com using your login details. Then press any category link at the left side of Membership homepage page and look to the products previews: if you see not "ORDER" link but only ***** - it means everything is fine and all of them are full member versions(free of charge, without splash screen or any other limitations). Download any product you like, install it and enjoy!

Question : How can I get your product to my computer?
Answer : Just choose any product you like. Then click DOWNLOAD button under product's description. Save the file to your computer and after download process will complete install this product.
Question : How can I install your product to my computer?
Answer : Just click twice the installation file which you have downloaded from www.elefun-desktops.com and follow the instructions to complete installation process. Installation files for screensavers have ss_ prefix and for animated wallpapers ad_ prefix. For example Alpine Lake Screensaver's installation file will have a name ss_Alpine_Lake.exe and Savannah Safari Animated Wallpaper's installation file is ad_Savannah_Safari.exe.
Question : How can I remove your product from my computer?
Answer : You can remove it by 2 different ways from "START" menu. 1. Start--->Programs--->Elefun Desktops--->Product name--->Uninstall
2. Start--->Settings--->Control Panel--->Add or Remove Programs
Question : How can I close running Animated Wallpaper or Screensaver?
Answer : To close running Animated Wallpaper use a control icon that appears at the right desktop corner near the clock (click it with RIGHT mouse button and choose "EXIT"). To exit running screensaver press ESC button(if you did not set other exit button at Screensaver's settings menu).
Question : How can I turn OFF/ON the sound in your Screensaver/Animated Wallpaper?
Answer : To turn off the sound use product's setting menu (a small icon at right bottom desktop corner for Animated Wallpaper and Windows Screensaver's Settings for Screensavers) . Take off the a flag at the "SOUND" box and then press "APPLY" button (yellow circle with an arrow inside).
Question : After purchasing your product I am still getting a splash screen as at trial version. What do I do wrong?
Answer : First you need to uninstall trial version of this product which has a splash screen. Then download purchased full version of product and install it. Full version has no splash screen or other limitations.
Question : My Anti Virus program says that your product has a "NewHeur_Pe(7)" virus or something like that. Can you explain that?
Answer : You do not have to be afraid about virus, adware or something like that. You
must be sure that out products do not content anything like virus. Our company exists since 2000 and has good reputation on the Internet. We have no reason to sell programs with viruses.
So, you may ask - what is the problem?
Let us explain. Some modern Anti Viruses have heuristic analyzer. All our products content Flash Player
Installer which installs to your computer to make our
products could work by proper way because they are based at Flash
Player. Anti Virus' heuristic analyzer finds that Flash Player
Installer and it "thinks" that this is some kind of
virus and blocks it. We can not fix that problem at this moment because our products will not work without Flash Player
Installer.
If you want to solve this problem - you should switch
your Anti Virus off during installation and then switch it on again. Or do not install any EleFun Desktops product if you do not trust us.
Compatibility
Question : Are EleFun Desktops products compatible with Vista?
Answer : Unfortunately not. At present time our products compatible only with Windows 98/2000/Me and XP.
